Masahiro Tanaka

Chief Exective Officer

Masahiro was born in Kagawa Prefecture in Southern Japan in 1981. He became interested in the Internet after spending his early school years in Dallas and Los Angeles. During his Junior and High school years he began writing his own software, producing numerous freeware and shareware applications.

In 2000 he was admitted to the Engineering Faculty of Tokyo University while working part time at Horizon Digital Enterprise and CurioCity Ltd.
Finally while studying for his Masters degree and at the age of 21, he decided to drop out of university to set up Asial.

He has given lectures and written extensively on technical subjects incuding "Kiwameru PHP", software features for Nikkei newspaper, as well as the PHPWatch section for Japan's IT Pro magazine.
